“I am grateful to the staff member, who changed my reservation so that I could get a room on the main floor. The elevator was under repair and I have difficulty using steps. I learned that 3rd party booking offers a section for comments, where I can list limitations. After a long exhausting day I was so appreciative for this young man' s help.”
