“Everything was perfect”

“Rooms have stench, might be the carpet. ”

“The room was very comfortable with everything you could want. Comfortable beds, nice sitting area. Unexpectedly it had a deep soaking tub in the bathroom. And the heated pool had jets along one side! Breakfast was good. Coffee so so. But all in all a fabulous place to stay!”

“Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

“While the individual rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable, the property itself is dirty (hallway floor from the back entrance to the lobby, windows on doors, etc.) and the front desk staff is less than friendly and seldom at the desk. We arrived early (1:30 p.m.) and requested early check in and were told we would need to pay $25.00 (not a nice welcome especially since we've stayed at this property a few times in the past). “The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street”

“Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels! ”

“Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!”

“Nothing about this place screams Amazing stay. The staff are rude. The Hotel smells bad. They have spiders everywhere in the rooms! They treated my service animal (DOG) bad. The refrigerator was not cold enough in one room so they switched us to another room and that refrigerator didn't work. Their pool is never open. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even if it was the last resort. ”

“Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. ”
