“Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, ”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti. “I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert. The welcome was perfect. The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets. The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable. I’ll take with me a beautiful memory of Newport”
