I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. “The hotel is on a stretch of road surrounded by many stores and restaurants, which I liked. The room was decent. The biggest problem I had were that almost half the outlets in the room were either not working at all, or so loosely held the plugs that the plug would just fall out. I use oxygen and brought my machine for overnight use and the charger for my portable unit, and I had to make sure the oxygen machine was plugged into a secure outlet. “Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”

“The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks.”

At breakfast time, there was never any plates or bowls out for us to actually put the food on, the eggs we ordered were never brought to us. The pool was cold, the bedding was old.”
