“We loved staying here at the Novotel Surfers Paradise. The only thing I can suggest is that while they are asking the visitors to be “green”, they only offer 1 peg hook and a towel rail suitable for only 1 towel. Having more hanging areas for wet towels and bathers would be the icing on the cake.”

“Hotel was okay. I booked two rooms and had two lots of security deposit charged. Upon check out, one of them was released immediately but the other one is still sitting as pending after checking out 5 days ago. Hotel staff keeps saying it's released but obviously something has gone wrong and they can't be bother doing anything about it. Bank said they can't do anything either so all I can do is wait with my funds being held.”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“We have stayed a couple of times now at the Artique and will definately stay again. Perfect location for all our needs, close to trams, Cavill Ave and the beach.”
