“Very clean , staff very nice”

“The room was clean. We had a suite and there were 2 TVs. The staff were helpful. The elevator was out of service, but they gave us a first floor room. On the whole, it was a very good experience.”

“I opted for non-smoking but smelled the smoke once get in the room. I have reported it and got some amount as refund as the non-smoking room is unavailable. Otherwise it’s ok.”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”
