“We have stayed at the Harbour hotel on a number of occasions, as well as many other hotels in the area. The hotel is in a great location, has a pool and spa, and in our opinion is the best hotel in Southampton. That said, the room we were allocated appeared to be an apartment rather than a hotel room. It had a full-sized kitchen, but most appliances had been disabled, but the room had little cupboard space for hanging clothes. As we were staying for 4 days, this was impractical. The room also...

“Bedroom was very very cold no heating at all”

Buona colazione. Ristorante discreto. ”

“Cozy room, very comfortable bed. Excellent stay”

“Room was what we needed, hotel was nice and traditional , decor was great, service was good but cappuccino was cold”

“Lovely room, unfortunately the sofa bed had not been made-up prior to our check-in, however a quick visit to the very helpful Reception soon sorted this, along with an extra cup and towels for the third person. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and pleasant too.”

Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“Bleak. No room telephone. No air conditioning. Hallways carpet not clean. No toilet paper rolls- just kleenex. Super slow elevators. No front desk or reception. Room lacked dresser for clothes or closet to hang stuff. Some hair left on shower and toilet. Unattractive lobby. Weird lighting either full on or dark. A motel 6 at Hilton prices. In sum: disgusting.”

“AC was missing, strong smoke smell in the room, dirty room. Good for 1 night before a cruise but would not come back”

“Tutto eccellente ottima scelta ci tornerò sicuramente al mio prox ritorno in città”

“We had a studio apartment - it was for one night only pre cruise - wish it had been longer. A very comfortable room With amenities. We also had the most delicious meal in the restaurant and if you are a hotel guest then you get 15% off the bill. There was water in the fridge and tea coffee on offer. Will deffo stay here again pre cruise!”
