“The staff is EXCELLENT at the check-in, bar and the restaurant. Everyone is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned, other than that it was great.”

At reception we were met and our cases were taken care of by the porters, receptionists x 3 were at hand for booking in.
