After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. “We found this home a perfect spot for us and our dogs. The house was very clean, plenty of amenities and great location ( 10 minutes from the Vienna metro station). The fenced in back yard was a bonus! Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely come back! ”

“Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“I love the breakfast, swimming pool, room and the sofa bed! BUT be careful, they need to charge your parking fee $21.99. So so so expensive! I've over looked it. Be honest, if I know it before, I'll not go this hotel!”
