“Had an unexpected stop in Staunton, VA due to tire problems… booked the Blackburn Inn last minute to stay over and get van new tires. Pulled up and thought we were at wrong place. A beautiful historic colonial building looked like a college campus but was the Blackburn Inn. I researched and found out it used to be a hospital built in 1800’s. Very clean, well maintained and restored. The front desk allowed me to keep my room till noon on checkout while waiting for van repair. Only...

She was very pleasant and accommodating ie. cleaning our table upon request (with a smile), offered all the tables water and any assistance we needed, helping with a complicated toaster and keeping the buffet well supplied (all while working alone due to a call off!).
