“The main lobby areas were nice and clean. The check in staff was no where to be found. Waited 10 to 15 minutes.. I tried calling the main number thinking they were busy with another guest. It seemed the clerk was having a cigarette while parked in the handicapped spot and didn't see anyone enter... When she did, she was clearly annoyed by our presence. Also, the room had the musty old carpet smell.”

“No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75.”

“Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night.”

“When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. “Clean, spacious, comfortable and very safe and secure. Stayed again on return trip and will be back next time l go this direction. Only thing l would change is to have decaf coffee available.”

“Rooms were clean, staff were great, and quick access to I-65 or anything you need along Hwy 14. Lots of options for breakfast. Overall a nice stay and somewhere I’d stay again if needed.”
