“Clean and accessible ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Palmetto hotel. The location is walking distance from most popular tourist sites and exceptional restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. We rented a car so that we could take a couple day trips while we were there and there is a valet conveniently located in the building. The breakfast was adequate and we had a little bite there every morning. If we ever return to Charleston, there is no question that we'd stay at this same hotel. I could not give...

“The only disappointing thing about stay is the front desk knowing we were knew and just checked in referred us to this gentleman about free tickets for tours… it was a con , we ended up having to waste our time sitting through a presentation on where they wanted us to sign up for a travel service asking for almost $7000.00.”
