“Room did not feel clean and smelled badly! Bed was terrible and mattress was an old spring type that was completely wore out! I would not recommend this place!”

“Overall everything was good! Nice hotel, I really liked the layout of the room and the breakfast was great with lots of choices! The only thing I was disappointed with is I payed extra to have a room on the top floor and I did not get that! They said the hotel was full and I was no longer getting a room on the top floor. At about 4am I was abruptly awaken by loud noises from above (my heart was a racing). The noises went on for about 10-15mins! No compensation was offered.”

“Desk staff was unable to extend Veterans discount because stay was booked through Expedia, not the hotel directly. Staff explained booking through the front desk would trigger the discount for veterans, with proof of veteran status. Expedia website offered no Veterans discount option or process to obtain one. Power went out and no backup facility generator to power the elevators”
