“The pool temps were perfect. The kids had so much fun and it was such a relaxing stay. ”

“The toilet had a broken part and would run water every 20-30 seconds, the sink was clogged and back up with all sorts of different stuff. It’s right next to a waiting spot for people picking up people from the airport and uber drivers. It seemed very sketchy since I saw cops patrolling almost every night. It obviously under new management or ownership. The cards are old and use magnetic strips, if you keep the key card in your pocket with your phone you’ll need to go back up front to get it...

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to downtown and Boise State University. Plus the Zoo, which was very nice and the Boise River trail. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, not a typical hotel room.”

“The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. ”

“No valet parking, and they make you pay to park in the garage a block away! Also, they advertise as a pet friendly hotel but there is not a patch of grass for your pet to potty on within a 3-block radius….Booooo!!!!”

“We stayed in room 205. The showerhead needs to be replaced. It only drips the water. Breakfast was not real good, but OK.”
