“We took a long weekend and stayed at The Lake House for the first time. This is a wonderful place. Peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the water. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommend!”

“My stay was very pleasant. The Condo was very clean and quiet. Everything was there from kitchenwares to linens. The washer and dryer had all the supplies needed to do the laundry. Beds were very comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this Condo for an excellent place to stay when you are traveling or just need a getaway.”

“Stayed for a 4 day baseball tournament at Pleasant Meadows and this house made the entire tournament relaxing. The house was super cute, comfortable and have everything we needed to wind down from and prepare for a day of baseball. Owner left great recommendations for food and things to do. They were very prompt answering any questions and it is close to EVERYTHING! Definitely a go to house for a quiet yet convenient vacation.”

“Stayed here while visiting family and friendsThis property had all of our requirements. 1- large fenced in backyard 2- King size bed! 3- off street parking and extremely clean!!A lot of other things made the stay just perfect. very soft towels, keurig machine, doggie cleanup bags, gate on the deck. And the chaise lounge was lovely to relax in We will definitely stay here again”

“Had a nice stay. The house was as described. Just a note that there are steps to each bedroom. If you have someone in your party that cannot do stairs that could be an issue. The house had a great view and the outside deck was amazing. Plenty of parking for our group.”

“We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could...

“This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.”
