“The room I stayed in was very outdated. It has stains on the light, the bedsheets, the furniture, as well as the bathroom. I was very disappointed in this property because I expect a lot more, especially because I always stay at this hotel wherever I go. The walls are paperthin. I made several complaint down to the front office regarding the person next to me blasting music at 9 o’clock at night. Just want one for hours. I will not be going back there ever again. Also the pullout bed came with a bag that had 1 pillow and a very scratchy blanket, there were no sheets or bed covers for the mattress on it. The property itself was fine. Cleanish for a busy hotel. “Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable window was cracked and wouldn't close and wouldn't open refrigerator wouldn't work had problems with the TV and how to ask multiple times and finally after the fourth time somebody had to physically follow me up to get them to fix it for me ask them to take the trash out and replace towels while I was gone for the day did not do that had to ask again and it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on my deposit”
