“I am not sure if this property was sold to someone else, but there is no longer any breakfast. The breakfast room was just dark and the breakfast buffet room was shut off. I was there in August 2026. The staff was friendly, when I needed a blow dryer because mine was broken in the bathroom they provided one. My key kept shutting off, which was annoying. I had to ask for an iron. I stayed there last fall and it was great. breakfast was great. Something now went a bit downhill. They continue...

“Room was clean. Large with a lot of wasted space. Appears to have been recently renovated. Issue with the threshold in bathroom prevents door from completely closing. Also TV had few channels and mostly fuzzy.”

“It was very quaint. The lady gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. One of our rooms, the curtains wouldn’t close. We told her, but no one came to fix it. There weren’t any phones in the room to call the office. It was an older place but clean.”

“Yes, the house was clean. It had a large area for our dog to run and a fire pit set up with wood for making a fire. Great accommodations!”

“I ended up having to pay a two night stay that I didn't even use because when I canceled with the owner in July for an August date, he didn't inform me that I needed to also call and cancel with the platform until the day of my arrival, and wouldn't accept any responsibility. It's advertised for $125 per night but by the time you're finished with fees and taxes - it's really $250 per night.”

“The property was beautiful. It was remote and the scenery was picturesque. The sound traveled oddly clear over the lake. We could make out distict voices from the house across the way although it was too far to see them. We didn't mind the noise, though. The problem was that there was no wifi, no bath towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no broom. “Very cozy and roomy. We had 3 adults and 2 labs in the space and had plenty of room. The 3 seasons room was convenient for being able to take the dogs out. It was too cold to enjoy it but would stay here again and use it in nicer temps. We loved hearing the chickens and roosters on the property. We met James the first day and he was super friendly and welcoming. Lots of room to walk the dogs on the property. Love the Moon theme and appropriate with us staying over the Wolf Super Moon. “For anyone going to the amphitheater down the road, this couldn't be more perfect. Quiet, convienient, 10 minutes from the amphitheater and about 10 minutes from town. We will definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy and it was exactly what we were looking for.”
