“Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football game weekend.”

“Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking.”

“We loved the place! We had 7 couples and plenty of room for all of us, lots of bathrooms and nice roomy deck where we sat outside! The guys went golfing and the gals did some shopping, the town of West Branch is charming! We plan to come again next year!”

“This is an amazing house with spacious rooms to entertain and great outdoor spaces as well. There were great games and toys for toddlers to adults!! It was clean, functional and family friendly. I’d give it 12 stars if I could!! I can’t wait to stay here again. ”
