“The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.”

“Men’s Bathroom in common area was disgusting dirty with no toilet paper seat on toilet falling off. Room wasn’t ready that we had picked . Don’t receive so called hot cookies. Bathroom shower in room was disgusting and shower head was pathetic. Just not a good experience.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!”

“We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast.”
