“Sketchy neighborhood. Lots of weed smokers outside main lobby doors. There were easily 8-10 people outside. If by you got stuck between the two sets of doors it created one hell of a hot box. Desk help at night seemed indifferent or non existent at times. If I was not traveling with my adult son I would have a bit apprehensive and scared entering the lobby at 10:pm on a Saturday night while walking dodging the stoned women in their pajamas and the drunk and stoned men just outside the doors. “Very cute..but very tiny and super dated. Duplex. Not entire house to self. ..through a door is other people....noise Porch, yard firepit and views great! Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful. No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic is next door... Very disappointed. Water pressure in sink very very low. No kitchen. Didnt state it did. But just beware . The views. Quit was nice. But thats bout it . .”
