“I had to change rooms 2 times due to the air-conditioner was linking in first to room”

“No fan or vent in bathroom. Window curtains not big enough to block light from coming in around edges. Bathroom towels were very small.”

“Pool was under construction. 3 rd shift person left sometime in the night. Woman that came in for morning shift had to prepare breakfast, so it was late getting out. This made us late to our next stop. Whole place had a smell like body odor. Very disappointed with this stay”

“Room and hotel was ok , the poor review comes from family getting stuck on elevator while going down for breakfast, when we first checked in and went up to out 4th floor we joked the the elevators (we ready ro break ) from all the clanking noise they where doing, missing essential hardware and keys for firefighters to open manually, unsure if elevator maintenance guy has arrived yet, no help from staff and other staff members i seen giving (hi fives ) to each other while laughing . Also...

“Staff is what sets this hotel apart - so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is really well cared for and the room is up-to-date. The fitness center was clean and had a lot of variety. The breakfast area was bright and cheery. The accessible rooms have several different pieces of equipment to make the shower or bathing area safe. Would definitely reserve this hotel again!”
