“The room was very clean, the staff was very willing to help and even had a texting system that allowed you to text them at any time and they respond quickly. The breakfast didn’t really have a whole bunch of options but it had the essentials and that’s what counts (coffee, waffles, bagels, etc). The air conditioning was always on and highly functioning but I realized when I changed it, that it would sometimes change itself back after some time. The tv selection was great with Netflix, YouTube,...

“Located in Carlisle off I-81. Good and bad. Easy to find. Restaurants near by. Extreme traffic noise 24/7. Big trucks racing by all night. Since the exit is right there, trucks use their loud engine brakes to slow down. The hotel advertises breakfast, but a bird couldn't survive on what they offer. The coffee was good though.”

“I booked as room for a queen bed and pretty sure it was only a full. The shower was slow draining. There wasn't great communication about the events that was being held. Overall stay was ok. Nothing to call home about. All employees we encountered were very friendly however.”

“the breakfast is very minimal.. but there is walkable diners close by. our room was okay for cleanliness but the bathroom was gross. the connected bar and grill was very lively and it’s in a cute and safe small town.”

I checked in around 10 PM, once I checked in I could tell that it was heavily populated with residence not just people passing through, which is fine and expected at a motel, but our room freaked like cigarettes. The beds were both wet, and everybody was itchy so I believe they may have been fleas as well.”

“There was nothing uniquely good about the property. We had a roach in our room and the sheets on one of the beds were soiled. The breakfast area was unkept and the chairs were soiled and looked dirty. We did not fell comfortable sitting down on them. We also did not eat any of the breakfast because the area looked unclean.”
