“Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it.
The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out.”

“We expected the bar t be open as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was closed by 7 pm. We were told it was due to them being slow but we would have maybe understood if it was later in the evening not at 7. ”
