“Ottimo Hotel per una sosta a Florence per un viaggio tra Carolina del Nord e Carolina del sud. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite ottima la colazione con tanti prodotti freschi e anche cibo caldo.”

“check in time was 3 oclock, arrived at 6 oclock and was told my room would not be ready until 630, came back at 630 and room was still not ready, room finally was ready about 7 oclock. asked for a discount since i had to wait so long and clerk said since i prepaid for the room she could not help me with the solution”
