“Breakfast could have been better especially since we were there on a weekend.”

“They gave me a dirty room... Bed wasn't made... They gave me a different room.... One of the rooms from the outside looked like it had spray paint on the windows... Just not a good experience at all.... I didn't even spend the night said f*** it drove the next four hours home after driving ten already”

“The mirror in the bathroom attached to the wall was missing. Only the post for it remained. Woke up in the morning to no running water in the building. Management did not acknowledge it or offer any kind of apology or discount for the inconvenience. Had to go to my business meeting without a shower. Used bottled water to brush my teeth. The neighbors on the same floor were loud and up all night fighting.”

“This hotel is the place to stay in Muncie. I love the laminate floors, seems so much cleaner. The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is decent. The bed was comfortable. There is a patio out front where we were able to sit outside with a small fire pit and enjoy the weather. The area around the hotel is quiet and nice. I definitely recommend to stay here when in Muncie.”

“Very nice room. My block out curtains needed fixing. Told one of the men upfront about it. Didn't fix it. Gave him permission to enter the room. Privacy from windows wasn't good. Can see into the room at night. Coffee was terrible. Overall not really bad. Just little things not like "home".”
