“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed no paper towels in the public restroom. This was mentioned to the desk staff, however no paper towels were to be found the entire 5 night stay. We did have coffee packets in our room, but no coffee maker. There was scrap paper and a used water bottle under the bed in our room. The rug was a bit sticky, but the bathroom was clean and the beds were fine. The breakfast did not offer decaf coffee. I tried the instant oatmeal, but the hot water...

“Expedia listed this as a 4 star hotel, however it was very rundown, dirty, and smelled. The floors were stained/sticky and the bathtub was not cleaned properly.”

“Very run down and in need of maintenance... carpets very worn out. Toilet water seal did not seal after flushing. Had to keep the top off to jiggle it to seal. Tight fit to get in the bathroom. Had to walk in around the door to get it to close. Almost no water pressure in the shower. Coffee tasted like ass.”

“Not much of a gym. Had a couple benches and dumbells. Pool was nice but floor surrounding are slick. Restaurant was very nice with good food but a bit overpriced. Coffee in the rooms was marginal but the coffee machine in the restaurant was awesome, if you dont mind waiting. Water pressure in the room was almost nonexistent so dont expect a quick shower or to be able to rinse a razor in the sink! All in all, it's a nice hotel, especially for being in the Lansing area. We'll stay there again next...

“The exterior and lobby of the hotel were very nice. The woman working the desk was outstanding—great personality and hardworking. She was also working hard the next morning at breakfast, which was well-stocked and good. However, when we first arrived to our room floor, I was surprised at how old the hallway carpet was.
