“Arrived to a room that had not been cleaned, wet towels in the shower, full trash cans. Was immediately given a new room which was very nice, Sunday morning housekeeping was knocking at the door at 9:30 AM, which was annoying. Didn't feel like a relaxing stay, they appear short handed with housekeeping staff”

“Lake view awesome”

“The room was very clean. They have a beautiful setup. We loved the complimentary s’mores and nightly fire. We will go back!”

“Great location within walking distance of shopping. Nice breakfast, friendly staff”

“It has some sort of hostel feeling (common kitchen, pit fire area, barbecues, board games) with lovely private rooms. Bedding could be improved but we still would highly recommend it.”

“HORRIBLE!!”

“No complimentary breakfast!”

“Great hotel in good location, need to work on parking situation and valet, shouldn’t have a lack of spaces for guests. Valet was rude and had open spots, unfortunately they are the first staff you meet.”

“Stationnement disponible sans problème de mon côté.”

“The views were lovely.”

“Housekeeping missed my room the second day.”
