“Unfortunately there were a few things broken at the property when we arrived. The shower knob in the main bathroom off of the master bedroom was broken. The round swing on the swing set was also broken. The deck had nails sticking out and there were posts broken off or about to break. The trash can outside was full when I went to put our trash in there on Saturday morning. There wasn’t enough seating outside. In the pictures I saw online there were two rocking chairs on the deck. Minutes from Brookville Lake boat ramps, and these cabins have boaters in mind…the driveway is made for easily turning around a boat trailer and there is exterior electric near the drive to charge a trolling motor overnight (bring your own extension cord). “Everything was great. The home was clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, the only downside was that the hot water heater stopped working partway through our stay. They did send someone out to fix it, which temporarily did fix the problem, but then it stopped working again. The property manager was very helpful and considerate in trying to get everything fixed. ”
