“No coffee pot in room, no shampoo or conditioner. Just bar of soap. We were supposed to have a handicap room. Didn't have it. At first she said she didn't have a reservation for us. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. No cream cheese for the bagels. We will never stay there again!!!!”
