“I’m between poor/just okay. Hotel was a little dingier than I thought it would be. I’ve stayed at some really nice Holiday Inn Expresses. The carpet in the room was disgusting. I wouldn’t walk around without my flip flops on. The TV in the room didn’t work and no matter how many times we asked the front desk about it, it was never rectified and no one ever came up to try and help. Room was really big. Breakfast was great. We drive to Disney every summer and I would probably stay there again if...

“Beautiful lobby and very nice breakfast. Plumbing is very old. The toilet didn’t flush properly in room 111. I had to fill a trash can to flush it down.”

“The room had a horrible smell and even though it was triple digits outside, the air was turned off so it was extremely hot in the room. Front desk was very polite, but decided to just loose the money and get a room somewhere else.”

“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. For the price we paid, we are very pleased with this place. When we checked in, Gary was so helpful and super nice! The hotel is basic, but all we needed was a good sleep and we got it. We definitely would come back again, thank you so much Gary for being so nice!”

“It was our Honymoon and they failed disable the pool was supposed to be ready 2 times and they lied the breakfast was cold they didn't turn on the warmer for sausage and pancakes. The second day the pool was supposed to be open they assured it would it never did my new wife like to swim but couldn't”

“Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...
