“Very basic room but very clean room, bath and kitchenette inside common, areas as well. If you are looking for a clean basic place to stay without a giant $$ bill, plus free coffee in the lobby. Staff were excellent as well!”

“My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied!!”

“Bathroom had black mold. Paint was peeling. Shower had little water coming out. Had bug running across the room. Sink stopper stuck down and had to screw out of sink. Breakfast was OK but had no fruit. AC worked fine. Staff was helpful.”

“Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather.”

“Everything was clean. It wasn't that the staff wasn't friendly. They were just put in an bad spot by the hotel's weird charges. Most people are going to bringing one vehicle on their stay. To be charged additional $11 every night just to have a car on property overnight. When we were already paying more than most hotels in the area. That just felt like money grabbing. Especially when it cost the hotel $0 for us to have 1 car there overnight. I know hotels can't control their guests, but I was...
