“Perfect for location for my son’s baseball games and convenient to stores and restaurants. Original room smelled bad but was quickly able to change to another. Only thing I didn’t like as a single women traveler is the the front desk agent said my room out loud, really loudly while other guests were waiting to check in. For security they shouldn’t. Manager came in at the morning and was able to extend my check out. She was very nice.”

“The Fairfield Inn located in Ottawa, Illinois was VERY clean and bright inside. And the staff were amazing people ~ very informational, friendly, & helpful! There was an indoor pool, fitness room, & free breakfast every morning. The rooms were very clean & furnished w/ many extras, including iron & ironing board; hair dryer (in case anyone forgot theirs); & plenty of lighting.
