“Great Amenities & Staff, But Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement We recently stayed here for two nights, and overall, there was a lot to enjoy about the resort. The staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The water park and arcade were fantastic hits with the family, and exploring the canyon on-site was a lovely highlight. The resort was beautifully decorated for Halloween, creating a fun seasonal vibe. We really enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee...

“Very nice place”

“The service and staff were very friendly and the property well maintain. The only concern was the smell of both rooms. One smelt like stale cigarette smoke and the other I couldn't describe. The fan was on when I entered, I guess to air it out. But I enjoyed my stay and everything and everyone was very nice. I hate they no longer had a jacuzzi. I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely visit again with my family.”

“the staff was nice”

“The whole place was extremely nice, very nice welcoming staff. Only complaint was that the pool heater wasn’t working correctly.”

“My biggest issue was the door closures/locks. You HAVE to slam it to close the door, this made for a lot of noise throughout the night. Second the walls are thin. I question the cleanliness of the room as well, in particular the shower walls. The room was comfortable and they are remodeling so hopefully things will improve.”

“They were redoing rooms and other areas, but nothing was indicated when I made the reservation”

“relaxing and quiet”

“Very good”

“La proprietaria è molto cortese. Il motel è di buona qualità, pulito e in una zona silenziosa. Forse un po' stretta la camera per 4 persone. Considerando che ognuno ha i suoi bagagli ci si muove un po' scomodamente. Comunque una buona scelta, potete prenotare con fiducia”

“Clean, easy parking, next to Cindy restaurant. Great food.”

“We stayed in an oversized king room on the top floor. The room was larger than anticipated and a nice design. Our floor was very quiet. The only negative was trying to get hot water at the tap. The shower eventually got warm/hot but only when it was pushed to the hottest setting.”
