“The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,...

“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn.”

“I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.”

“Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains.
