“Clean room ”

“Love the Litchfield Inn. Had a mix up with the room I initially booked through Expedia and ended up in a different room, but the Inn was very helpful through email and could not do anything about the room mix up because my reservation was initially booked through Expedia; but after some time I needed to put into this, it was taken care of. The Inn is Gorgeous, very clean, has very comfortable beds and the fireplace rooms give an extra ambiance when settling down for bed. Love it here. Will...

“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”
