“The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund.”

“Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer...

“Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. ”

“The property needs a major rehabilitation. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Doors stick to the point it took two to force it open. Out of shampoo and desk did not have access to refils. Desk staff unable to give food recommendations in the area stating she does not know the area. Over all very sorry we picked this location for our stay.”
