“Staff. Room.”

“We enjoyed our stay, and especially loved our 3rd floor room with the balcony overlooking the Bay.”

“The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!”

“The pool needed cleaned. Fellow swimmers were told it had just been cleaned but cloudy and very strong chlorine! Perfect stay beyond that and it did not stop my son from swimming!”

“THE SEVING STAFF WAS EXTEMELY RUDE. ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!”

“Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.”

“Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were running late for our arrival given some storms that we were having to drive-through. I called ahead of time to make sure that getting a late check out the next day would not be an issue and I was told that it would be a problem. Upon arrival to the hotel, the very rude front desk person, told us that she could not guarantee our late checkout that I would need to speak to the person that got there after 7 AM We arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning...

“Breakfast was top-tier. The rooms was nice crashing and clean refrigerator cold microwave coffee side. The room is a 10 out of 10. Staff is excellent room services. Excellent.”

“Staff was amazing! Always helpful and greeting guests as they walked by them each time. Everything was great except the room smelled a bit musty and the curtain had a large stain on it, possibly from condensation/humidity. (Easy fix tho!) Plus, it is very near the Gator Boardwalk!”
