“This was an ok stay for us. Building is in need of some repair and remodeling.”

When water on floor was reported was told no maintenance available. Desk attendant came up with towels and left one by the refrigerator. When checking out and sharing experience was asked why we did not report issue. You told me there was no maintenance. Insinuated was my fault for not reporting.
