We paid for the suite and it was unavailable due to an elevator being broken (over a month) They provided us with two smaller rooms that was adequate for our needs, but I would have cancelled the reservation. They blamed Expedia for not providing our correct phone number so they could advise us of the switch.”

“Don't rush on cleaning the rooms e sa hair on the bathroom door. The pool closed an hour before the time stated on the receipt print out.”

“The renovated room was nice and efficient, pool was well kept, breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from. Very walkable to public beach access. Staff is very helpful. They said they're almost done with renovating all the rooms.”

“Beautiful view of the beach from our room. Beach was also easily accessible anywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was we never received any housekeeping services throughout our 5 day stay. ”

“Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...
