“The property was well maintained. The room was clean and in order. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were helpful, courteous and very professional. I look forward to staying the next time we visit New Bern.”

“I travel alone for business. This hotel is a great no-frills, very clean and safe spot.”

“No room service ie in room dining.”

“Breakfast was good! The place is new and well kept. The only thing which is pretty much every hotel we have stayed at and we stay at them pretty regularly is the water pressure. Not many hotels have figured out how to have good water pressure. Otherwise this hotel is perfect.”

“I had to ask for a shower curtain because there wasn't one... I had to turn off the HVAC at night because it rattled so loudly, Sadly, the restaurant and bar not open at lunch... had to go into town. At least free parking for those staying at the hotel. Great views, convenient to the convention center and town attractions.”

“We love staying here. Whenever we are in the newborn area. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is outstanding.”

“The room was very clean. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and make our stay a pleasant experience. A beautiful table was set for breakfast and it did not disappoint. It was delicious! I highly recommend staying in this property.”

“Staff , we’re very helpful ! Parking was convenient ! Area was family oriented !”

“Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in with helpful info provided about breakfast time. This was our 2nd stay, and we would book again.”

“The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.”

“Perfect location. Beautiful, charming, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast. Loved the poached pear starter! Brandi worked hard to anticipate and meet our needs. She even reminded us to move our car before getting ticketed. Would definitely stay again.”

“What an absolutely beautiful property. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Extremely clean and well kept.”

“Unique with no front desk, was concerned that all the electronics would be a problem checking in, but was as smooth and user friendly as could be.”

“Beautiful house in the heart of downtown New Bern. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.”

“The staff was very nice and friendly. It was ok for the money. Only thing was there was garbage outside of the unit which had a smell. There was two dinning room chairs that needed repair.”

“Loved it!”
