“The room was large and very clean, which doesn't happen often in most hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would change is adding additional lighting in the bathroom. The mirrors are esthetically nice but not bright at all.”

“I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.”
