“Staff was amazing”

“The thermastat on the wall didn't work! When we got there the room was 56 degrees and air-conditioner was still on high. I called the front desk and she said she was sorry. It wouldn't adjust. I got up every two hours and changed from AC to Heat. It would go to 80 degrees and then back to 55. They wanted us to buy breakfast for two for $54. We went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Don't plan to go back.”

“Have stayed here many times before … this time no popcorn when we arrived (nice little treat) Bathroom sink would not drain ..told front desk and they offered to have us change rooms but we were already settled .. breakfast was sorely lacking .. only thing that was in Abundance was crock pot full of gravy … the staff was nice for the most part room was clean .. will be looking at other hotels for stays unless they can get back to the way things were”

“Nice room, but road noise was definitely a problem. Close to restaurants was convenient.”

“We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is always delicious.”

“I was charged a deposit, but things were not as described; I hope they improve thank you😇”

“good”

“The hotel was very nice. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent because we were unable to get the air conditioning to come on. The room was very warm.”

“SPACIOUS ROOM, EASY PARKING, QUIET & SAFE”

“great value & location, nice, comfortable, clean, studio 6, as always very dog friendly”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Loved having the little love seat couch. My husband and I could both sit on it and work on our computers at the same time. Would have been nice to have a clock that works, it went off at midnight, and the only way I could get it shut off, was unplugging it. The lady and gentleman, that was behind the desk were so nice.”

“We arrived very late for our stay and the property owners had emailed us the Sabin number and where we would find key. The room was very inviting and beds were the most comfortable I had slept in. It was a great experience”

“There were men behind the facility all night long…. Made me very uncomfortable. I don’t know if they had permission to be there or not.”
