“Nice hotel clean friendly staff”

“The hotel staff was pleasant and extremely friendly and so helpful. We didn't know there was a bass tournament going on when we booked and if we didn't see the boats we wouldn't have known it was so quiet! They welcomed them by putting big bass on the front of the building it was cute. They have a nice breakfast in the morning. We will be staying here as well on our return trip in December and are looking forward to it!!”

“Good”

“Excellent location, it’s right beside a major shopping center. Very little traffic near the hotel. Good food at the restaurant there.”

“Staff was an older gentleman that checked me and he was nice but I never saw any staff after that. Breakfast there was not much to choose from which is fine but there was no milk for the cereal. I chose a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Bath towels were stained and had a small amount of hair embedded in them. I would not recommend staying here.”

“It was a standard stay. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing that was extraordinary either. Would stay here again if needed.”

“Be aware, 3 stories, indoor access rooms, no elevator. Just a handicap lift. Relatively clean, functional,”

“The amount of filth and stains on every surface was beyond gross. Stains on the sheets and towels. Dirt and bugs in the floor. Looked like a nightmare”

“Bearclaw was perfect. A great spot to relax and connect with nature. It's so much do and explore. It has everything that you need. We enjoyed our stay. Jim was the perfect host. He kept us informed and responds promptly. The property is located in the country, but Walmart and other stores are 7 miles away.”

“I have never stayed here and my money was never refunded”

“Great!”
