“The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. So many issues. First off there is no one working the desk after 5pm (and open again at 9am). We checked in after 5pm and there wasn’t even a sign telling us what to do. I finally called and was redirected to a neighboring hotel. Had to drive over there to get checked in. The elevator walk from parking garage to our rooom was like nothing I’ve ever encountered. Only way to the other building was to take the elevator...

“This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!”

“The room was described accurately and was perfect. The resort was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. All staff were extremely polite and very attentive. This was the perfect Summer getaway. We would definitely book again; perhaps in winter to get that experience.”
