“Check in flawless and easy, room clean, spacious and temperature controlled for environment. Quiet surroundings, excellent choice of TV channels when we were in the room itself. Friendliest, most knowledgeable and patient staff with every guest who check in or out the entire time we were there. And what a tasty selection for breakfast, hot and cold, you name it! It was there and tasty!!! Haven't had this wonderful of a hotel experience in YEARS!!! We would go back in a heartbeat just to visit!”

“Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways.”

“Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. ”

“We were on the first floor and unfortunately could hear noises from the floor above well after we tried to go asleep. Even earplugs could not drown out the clatter.”

“Unfortunately this motel is right next to the highway and therefore there were many, many bugs (beetles, cockroaches, flies) both inside and outside of our room, and on the bed. Although the staff were super helpful, we looked at the various seams in the wall (inside of our room) and saw bugs coming in and out of them. So, this stay is not for the faint of heart. Also at 9:30 AM there was no “breakfast” to speak of, just a single takeout box of donuts on the counter.”

“Manager refused to extend our stay in the room.claimed booked up ,yet later that night this exact Room king room, on ground floor. ,6 rooms were still available”

“A/C kept shutting off & on. Shady people around the property. Bathroom was old & gross. Bugs in the bathroom”

“The front desk clerk, Brittney was incredibly friendly and personable. The room was clean and really well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Amenities were good. We had a view of oak trees. As we were walking down the hall, our neighbors across had their door cracked open and were a little loud, but once we were in our room, we couldn't hear a thing (well insulated). Overall pleasant stay. Clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Would stay again if I'm ever...

“The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.”
