“The staff was very nice and quick to respond to any questions or help, and I got a room refresh everyday. They had an amazing breakfast bar set up and the food was delicious.”

“Paid for a balcony room and they sold out. I was given a regular room that would have been 50 dollars cheaper and they couldn't refund me or give me the difference because I booked through Expedia. The whole reason I chose that hotel and paid more was for the balcony. The hotel promised me a refund through Expedia and I talked to them and Expedia several times but they only blamed each other. I travel a lot, bad experience! ”

“I was put in a room with mold and residue on the shower and vanity top. Also had gum on the bathroom floor with dirt. I was moved to another room and seen they had people working on the room I was previously in. Which makes me wonder why they would sell me that room in the first place. There was also mold and water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. After being moved to 3 different rooms I was not accommodated because I booked through Expedia. ”

“The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Rooms were a bit small as usual yet nicely appointed. I stayed here due to pricing at the Mayo but based on the friendliness and price... I may have a new hold over in Tulsa! Good job for whomever is hiring these folks.”

“The rooms were nice, staff was great. Was surprised by the $25 a night parking fee...felt like that was a little excessive. And bring your own snacks or plan to go somewhere and grab some because the stuff on site is more expensive than buying them at the airport. The hotel it's self can be a little hard to find. If you're using GPS, use google maps, it works better. ”

“I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!”

“Kitchen and housekeeper staff were rude, but front desk and the bartender where very nice. I will definitely be booking again.”

“The pool was being worked on. The rooms are very old and outdated. The tub was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathroom. They had karaoke going until 4:30am at their bar. I was told I wouldn’t be able to hear it in my room. That was a lie because the walls a paper thin. I could hear the neighbors tv through the wall. Quite a few loiterers hanging around in their cars smoking weed while their toddlers run around the parking lot. It was a very weird and sketch experience. ”
