“I liked this hotel a lot! I enjoyed K38 Baja which was right across the street from the hotel! I will definitely be back thank you again to the amazing staff and excellent hospitality!”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“When I arrived I went to the front desk, I showed them my reservation. I already paid online. The worker proceeded to ask for my card and charged me for the two nights. I never realized they did till way after. And I told the worker everything was paid for already. The worker said yes don’t worry we are not charging. I just feel like this was very unprofessional. The rooms were clean. The outlets do not work in most of the area of the room.”

“Stayed three nights. They were supposed to refresh towels and linens every other day, but that never happened. They shut down breakfast every day early, so no coffee available. Bar service was very good when it was open. Location in N Hills was good. Room was not bad… 3.5 stars.”

“The room was very clean and we had lots of room in the suite that we had reserved. I was very pleased with how well the staff behaved and how accommodating they were for me and my grandchildren. They were responsive and reached out to us by text and we're very willing to give us the little bit of extra help we needed in terms of towels and other things that we used in the room. I would definitely recommend that hotel to anyone traveling with a family.”
