“Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn....

“The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. Try to brush our teeth , the sink was not draining fast enough. Called FD there was no maintenance, we asked if they can fix it...

“We experienced several issues, including the lack of a designated unloading area, unclean rooms, refrigerators that were unplugged and not working upon arrival, poor water pressure in the shower, no housekeeping service during our stay(only per request), and the need to exchange our own towels at the front desk for showers.Additionally, the pool area has been unclean and poorly maintained no fresh pool towels the whole time either.”

“the stay was ok. biggest drawback was the noisy air conditioner. the staff was good and accommodating, getting what we needed timely. as others have stated, the hotel is old and needs some refreshing, but suppose was ok for the money, but did not research other hotels and rental places enough to tell, and booked here because the times and price could work at the time.”

“The rooms we stayed in was good. Could use some updating. The A/C didn't cool the whole room. The bedroom stayed hot most of our stay. Overall a good stay. Could definitely use some lighting. Our walk to the room at night we had to use a flashlight to see.”

“Staffs are friendly and nice. Lobby and room is clean and in great condition. The only thing is the tv in my bedroom is not working, so I used the one in the livingroom. I don't want to give 4 stars because of that, bec everything else is great. Location is great. Walkable to publix and many other shopping places and restaurants. I would stay here again.”

“I was traveling alone and really enjoyed the on-site dining and bar. I did not have to leave the property for anything. The staff was excellent, so kind and professional. The ocean views were wonderful and the pool area was very relaxing. I think it would be a great place for families with small children.”
