“I didn’t like anything about this particular property. It took hours to check in the front desk lies to you and not only that they are RUDE. My finally became ready at about 7:40pm after being told on several occasions that it would be ready soon but after 4pm they had no time. My bed had sand on them they charged me for an upgrade but never upgraded the room. The bunk felt like you were sleeping in bricks. It’s ghetto the only thing I like about this property was it was right off the beach...

“The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street ”

“Warning: the outside doesn’t match the inside! The place looks cute and well kept from the outside but is actually dated and dirty once you open the door to your room. Stains everywhere, rust on all kitchen surfaces, no hangers, missing/broken towel bar, ripped shower curtain, etc. Next to impossible to get clean towels or housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Staff is not helpful and will lie to you about hangers being on order, housekeeping headed to your room next (but never showed up), pools...

“We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once. We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. “Stayed here for a week with the kids for spring break. This place was perfect! It was clean, the rooms were nice, breakfast options were great! The staff were fantastic. The pool area was nice with daily entertainment and the nightly movies by the pool were a hit! Definitely recommend this place and will be back! ”
