“Our room was NOT clean. Floors were sticky. Bathroom baseboards were filthy. What like body fluid on the side of the bed (on the bed skirt). Desk top was dirty. Was afraid to try the breakfast .”

“The room was absolutely dirty, there are stains on the wall, the floors are not mopped at all, tooth paste stain on wall, mold in the tub and the bathtub was leaking water saw bugs in the room. Food is horrible. I found a fly nit in my juice this morning and no idea how it got there. The common area has stains on chairs and noticed the cereal my child dropped was still under the table 2 days later. If it wasn’t for my house being remodeling I wouldn’t have stayed all 3 days. No employees in...

“The property was great”

“This is a nice hotel. It's quiet. The staff is more than accomodating. It is an ideal location because of it's proximity to the I-40 freeway.”

“This is just a very old property that hasn’t been updated. The carpets in the halls need to be cleaned and the rooms could use some regular maintenance.”

“Liked the set up”

“I paid extra for a roll away bed option, then they said they don’t have them. The building smelled gross. My sheets and comforter were stained. The toilet had a black film on the seat. The fridge was also dirty. The phone didn’t have a cord. The staff denied to resolve or apologize for any issue. And there were roaches crawling on the walls.”

“Stay away. Place was a mess and run down. Bathroom had mold, shower head was digusting, toilet seat had screws holding it. Wash cloths were stained. I’m glad I brought my own from the track. Key card stopped working shortly after using it everytime. Parking lot is an off-road course. At check in was told they couldn’t check me in . Then gave me a room. Told me they didn’t have my contact info. Yet they did as it was booked online. Last time o was in town we walked in to the room they gave...

“Communication wasn't there at all called office 3 times Friday afternoon left a message and no answer and no call back”

“Crickets in room. Every room smelt of marijuna”

“We did not say because we rented the room specifically for the pool and the hot tub use over the weekend and when we got there they did not have a pool or a hot tub it was false advertisement I was very disappointed. The one good thing they had going for him is they did refund my money All except for the money that I had to pay on Expedia so I was out 20 bucks and I had to find somebody at the last minute that had a pool and/ or a hot tub.”

“Clean and nice room.”

“A beautiful, peaceful getaway”
