“Ottimo soggiorno”

“Clean and spacious hotel inside Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park. Hotel guests have priority entrance to the amusement park and free parking (remember to ask for parking voucher). Onsen inside the hotel (temporary closed for renovation during our stay - Oct/Nov 2026). There are rooms with mountain view options. Extensive variety of western & Japanese buffet available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as other restaurants inside the hotel. There are direct buses from Tokyo - cheaper and...

“Japanese style hotel but not exactly a Ryokan. Friendly and welcoming staff. A little bit expensive. Needing update.”

“Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great”

“Amazing”

“I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...

“Disappointing decline in standards since 2022 We first stayed at Konansou in 2022 for our honeymoon, and it was the one ryokan we most wanted to revisit in Japan. Unfortunately, standards have noticeably declined. Check-in was friendly, with several staff greeting us. Dinner was still enjoyable, although slightly below our previous experience, possibly due to seasonal produce. Breakfast was far more disappointing, with noticeably poorer quality and fewer options. The communal onsen also...

“Very good hotel for the price, rooms are spacious and amenities are good! Good laundry room and facilities”

“The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the view was exactly what I wanted from my room, the communal spaces were very comfortable and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and understood English, the baths were hot like I wanted and super super clean, and the nearby food was so good! I would love to go back!!!”
