“I was immensely pleased with this hotel. The room was advertised as having a "Mt. Fuji View" which I suspected would be barely visible or largely obstructed in some manner (thank you trauma from other misleading hotels!) BUT this hotel absolutely blew me away with the view we got. The boat ride from the shore to the island is scenic and pleasant, the island itself features a fun aquarium with shows, a wonderful walking path ideal for a stroll or early-morning birding, and adventurous guests can attempt the steep climb up to the island's shrine. “friendly people, private onsen, huge windows with sea view. If youre coming from the train station by foot google map doesnt show correctly stairs location you gotta turn in the small street where the white signal tower, then left at the map sign and another left in the smallest driveway”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”
