“Upon arrival, the facility charged me $105 more than I was quoted on Expedia. They offered no resolution to this easy to fix issue. The thermostat in the room would only lower to 70°, in a $300+ per night room, AND kicked off overnight which necessitated waking up in discomfort to turn the system back on. These are easy amendments that this hotel offered zero to correct.”
