“For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

“The special game room in the back yard that is screened is excellent 👌.”

“Location !”

“Wonderful stay in a lovely little retro cabin that’s updated just enough to be comfortable while imagining you’ve gone back in time. Our host was proactive and very helpful. She made the stay that much better. We visited in late summer. The stargazing was spectacular! And we sat outside around the fire listening to apples fall from the trees watching the wildlife (safely, from a distance!). The surrounding area had lots to explore.”

“Great time”

“El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones no es muy bueno.”

“It was a very nice experience and close to a lot of wonderful places.”

“Beautiful property, fantastic location, very friendly and helpful owner. We will come back soon :)”

“Cute place. Will come back!”

There were food scraps, hair and other garbage under the couch cushions when we went to use the pullout bed. The guest left personal belongings. The dishes and...

“Nice place, the grounds are beautiful. We saw deer & turkeys in the morning. Our hostess Rose is charming and gave us a tour of the whole place. WiFi was good because cell service/5g is sketchy at best in the area. Overall great place to stay!”

“Rose was the best to communicate with. Very simple and easy stay. They gave your fresh firewood too which was nice!”

“Lovely, though pretty rustic cabin in true wilderness. The property is the charmer. Owner is great with communication.”

“Beautiful house, clean, great location, had everything you need, amazing backyard/grill and great host. Definitely will return. Thank you, Philip.”

“we were only there briefly, but it was a fun unique house and was great for our stay after an event at Full Moon Resort very nearby. ”
